Greene Properties Inc.

Founded in 1999, Greene Properties, Inc. is a Design / Build company specializing in the construction of entrance and amenity areas for subdivisions. We work with developers and home builders to establish the desired scope and budget for each project. We then offer a "turn key" service to complete the project which includes design, permitting, and construction - through Certificate of Occupancy. Our goal is to make this process as effortless as possible for our clients by providing a completed project on schedule and within budget that will make everyone proud.
